Q: Does The History Train run every weekend?
A: The History Train can run any day from April 1st - October 31st by special reservation.
Reservations must have a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 46 passengers. Private dates
are available. Fall dates will be posted in July.
Q: Where does The History Train go?
A: The History Train never leaves the 350 acres of the Double T. It is a virtual reality
experience focusing on fine dining, with special tribute to local rail road history.
Q: What is on the menu?
A: Your evening will begin with a variety of fine cheeses to be enjoyed with a good wine, ale or
beverage of your choice. Your second course is a fresh tossed garden salad. The entree is a
stuffed Cornish game hen on a bed of wild rice with seasoned vegetables. Freshly baked
bread rolls and sweet cream butter accompanies each entree. Desserts will vary from dark
chocolate brownies topped with cream and deep layered chocolate cake.
A special dietary menu is available upon request. Please make requests at the time of
reservation.
